Insurance and Payment
At Tree of Life we have multiple providers who accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid (21 and under), and Self-Pay (see sliding scale below) for individual and couples therapy sessions. Not all providers accept all forms of payment; please contact the front office to confirm the payment options for your provider.
We do not bill secondary insurance without prior approval. We do not accept Aetna & United Health care. Only a few therapists accept Tricare.
Some insurances we do not accept will reimburse you if you provide a superbill. Superbills are available from front office staff during business hours.
Please note that all assessments are self-pay only (see testing rates below).
Self Pay and Sliding Scale
At Tree of Life, we believe that all people deserve to get help they can afford from a qualified professional, and we offer most therapy services on a sliding scale based on the income of the patient.
Be advised that therapists may change their individual sliding scale rates.

Assessment Pricing
All assessments are self pay; we do not bill insurance for our testing services, but can provide you with a superbill for any services performed.
