From Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to EMDR, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Massage Therapy, our team is committed to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and skill. We are proud to offer neuroaffirmative treatments for individuals on the autism spectrum, and we provide autism and ADHD testing with appointments typically available within one to two months of your first call.
Our licensed professionals are here to guide you toward the support that fits your life, and we believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, qualified care. That’s why we offer services on a sliding scale based on income, with options for those who are uninsured or paying out of pocket. Many of our providers accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid, though coverage varies, so we encourage you to contact our front office to confirm your insurance.
